These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of RadioPrep Prep Sheets and related services. By purchasing or using RadioPrep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
These Terms set out the rights and obligations between you and Volteric Limited (trading as RadioPrep). They apply to all access, purchases, and use of our Prep Sheets and associated services.
"We/Us/Our" refers to RadioPrep.
"You/Your" refers to the individual or business purchasing or using a License.
"License" refers to any RadioPrep access product, including Weekday, Weekend, One-Time-Purchase, and Business Licenses.
"Prep Sheet" means the daily or scheduled content provided under your License.
Licenses are issued immediately upon purchase. You are NOT permitted to share your RadioPrep Sheets with anyone outside the License holder. This applies to:
All Licenses are non-transferable and non-sublicensable. Any unauthorised sharing, copying, or redistribution will result in immediate termination of your License without refund and may result in legal action.
Payment is required at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Business Licenses may be billed via invoice when agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of your License.
Refunds are discretionary. You may be eligible for partial or full refunds under the following circumstances:

We cannot guarantee that you will receive a Prep Sheet on the dates named above.
To request a refund, you must contact us with proof of purchase and relevant details. All refund decisions are final.
The term "days" is specifically for those who have Weekday Licenses.
The term "weeks" is specifically for those who have Weekend Licenses.
The above term is also eligible to businesses. Businesses will be eligible to refunds where applicable.
All RadioPrep content, including Prep Sheets, branding, and written materials, is owned by RadioPrep. You are granted a limited License to use the content solely for your own broadcasting preparation. You may not reproduce, sell, share, publish, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to infringe intellectual property rights, and not to attempt to circumvent access controls. Businesses using Business Licenses must ensure that only authorised staff have access.
We process limited personal data for account creation, billing, and service delivery. All data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. A full Privacy Policy will be provided separately.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, RadioPrep is not liable for loss of income, business interruption, lost opportunities, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your License in the previous 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold RadioPrep harmless from any claims arising from misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your License for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
We may update these Terms or make changes to the service. You will be notified of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Discount codes, promotional offers, and special pricing (“Promotions”) are issued entirely at the discretion of RadioPrep and may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
Each Promotion will state an expiry date or validity period. Promotions must be used before the stated expiry date. Any attempt to redeem a Promotion after the expiry date will not be accepted.
Promotions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used by the individual or business to whom they were issued unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Promotions may only be used once per customer, unless the Promotion specifies otherwise.
RadioPrep reserves the right to:
If a Promotion is applied to a subscription product, it will only apply to the initial billing period, unless explicitly stated as a recurring discount.
Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, unless clearly stated.
